No help for the mentally ill once behind the prison walls ~~
Running prisons and taking care of the custodial responsibilities takes a backseat on the primary goal of incarceration = making profit from human beings and neglecting their custodial needs according to our own US Constitution that is being ignored and sanction as such by the politiicans that signed up for this ride to mass incarcerate America ~~
