Instability = poor resistance to control mechanisms
Entrenchment = reshaping culture and mindset to weaken resistance to change
Diminished capacity = weaker in ability to adapt or overcome adversity
Finger pointing = collapse of esprit de corps
Terrorism = instill fear and evolution of cowardice
